There are two types of Design and Build companies. One is led by the architect, employing a builder to do the work and one is led by the builder, employing an architect to do the drawings. 

Inhabit design & build decided to bring the two together, forming an Architect and Project Management led design and build company, that means we design the building and then manage the construction of the building and internal fit out all as part of the same company. 

Keeping the whole process in house means that Inhabit design & build can offer a turnkey alternative to other traditional construction companies as you will be involved from initial design. All of the consultants and specialist sub contractors are managed by one company, giving you a single point of contact and peace of mind knowing that everyone is talking to each other and you will not have to chase a multitude of contractors or designers.
